Pediatric Eye Care

Vision problems may occur at any age. Children in school need to have their vision corrected to help ensure they are able to function at the highest level. Vision issues may lead to impaired learning and difficulty in school. Our doctors tailor their exam procedures and time to accommodate testing for your child. Additionally we are happy to provide your school with any required examination reports.

Young children’s exams include testing for:

  • Myopia or nearsightedness
  • Hyperopia or farsightedness
  • Astigmatism which smears vision at all distances
  • Lazy eye and other binocular vision disorders
  • Accommodation or the eye’s focusing ability
  • Ocular disease that may impact the health of the eye. We’ve invested in technology to ensure your child gets the best care.
